Sales and Marketing Executive
Experience
- Atleast 1 year of experience in sales or marketing preferred, with an understanding of technology and digital solutions
Requirements
- Able to understand Rompact services and explain them clearly to non technical clients
- Comfortable selling technology services and solutions
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Consistent follow up and reporting on leads
Responsibilities
- Find and approach potential clients who need software solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and timelines
- Present Rompact services in a clear and practical way
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Support outreach and marketing activities that generate opportunities
Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission paid on successfully closed deals
