Sales and Marketing Executive

Experience

  • Atleast 1 year of experience in sales or marketing preferred, with an understanding of technology and digital solutions

Requirements

  • Able to understand Rompact services and explain them clearly to non technical clients
  • Comfortable selling technology services and solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Consistent follow up and reporting on leads

Responsibilities

  • Find and approach potential clients who need software solutions
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and timelines
  • Present Rompact services in a clear and practical way
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support outreach and marketing activities that generate opportunities

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Commission paid on successfully closed deals
